Refund & Return Policy

General Policy:
M & M HOLDINGS TX LLC operates on a replacement only basis. We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances. All sales are considered final once an order is processed.
Eligibility for Replacement:
We will replace a product only under the following specific conditions:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product has a verified defect.
- The wrong product was delivered.
Non-Returnable Items:
Any product that does not fall under the “Eligibility for Replacement” criteria above.
Return & Replacement Process:
To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Notify Us: Contact our support team at info@passionfarms.org within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence.
- Approval: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, will provide a number and instructions for returning the product.
- Return Shipment: Once you receive the confirmation, you must ship the defective/damaged/wrong product back to us at the address we provide. The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will ship the replacement product to you. The Company/Seller will pay for the shipping costs of the replacement product based on their roles.
