Passion Farms grows the flower. We finish the cure. We pack the pre-rolls. Three locations. One chain.
California Cultivation
Our cultivation partners run licensed and unlicensed grows in California. Indoor and mixed-light facilities in the Central Valley and Humboldt regions. We work with cultivators who supply licensed California dispensaries and who segregate batches by harvest-time Delta-9 testing. Flower that tests under 0.3% Delta-9 at harvest goes to our hemp-derived line. Flower that tests over goes to the licensed dispensary side. Same growers. Same genetics. Same trim crew. Different paperwork.
Oklahoma Finish (Cure)
Cured flower travels to our Oklahoma facility for the final cure stage. Oklahoma’s climate gives us better humidity control than California’s coastal damp. Cure window is 4 to 8 weeks depending on the strain. Properly cured flower smokes smoother, holds terpenes longer, packs cleaner into pre-rolls than rushed-cure product.
Houston Pack and Ship
Pre-roll production and packaging happens in Houston. Our QC team grinds, cones, packs, and sleeves every joint. Batch testing at this stage catches any cure-stage moisture issues before product ships. From Houston we ship nationwide to wholesale accounts and to retail customers.
Why this supply-chain transparency matters: most wholesale THCA pre-rolls in the market are brokered. The seller bought from an unnamed cultivator, repackaged, and sold up the chain. The buyer cannot verify who grew the flower, when it was harvested, what conditions it was cured in. Brokered product is often fine. Also opaque. Something goes wrong (off taste, inconsistent burn, contamination), buyer has no recourse because the supply chain is a wall.

How to Read Our COA in 60 Seconds
Top of the COA: lab name, lab accreditation number, sample ID, batch ID, harvest date, test date.
Cannabinoid panel: THCA percentage (dominant). Delta-9 THC percentage (under 0.3% at harvest). Total THC calculated using the 0.877 formula (which we cover in a separate piece for the math behind it).
Contaminant panels: heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, microbials. Each should show “Pass” or specific levels below action limits.
Anything doesn’t pass? That batch doesn’t ship. Period.
State-by-State Compliance Notes

Three common situations:
Heavy daily smoker. You go through 5 to 10 pre-rolls a week. Single-pack retail pricing at $8 to $15 per joint adds up fast. Buying 100 to 200 units at retail-bulk pricing brings the per-unit down meaningfully without unlocking Track A wholesale tiers (those require commercial intent and licensing).
Event organizer. You stocking for a concert, wedding, festival, or private party. 50 to 300 units over a couple of days. Need consistent product across the order, not random rotation.
Gifting / collective. Group buys for friends, holiday gifting at scale, hosting situations.
For Track B, retail bulk pricing applies. Better than single-pack, but doesn’t drop to Tier 1+ wholesale rates because the order volume doesn’t justify the wholesale pricing structure (which assumes B2B inventory turnover).
Approximate threshold: 50 units gets a small bulk discount on retail. 100+ units gets a better discount. 200+ unlocks our best retail-bulk rate.

How to Vet a THCA Pre-Roll Supplier (Buyer’s Frame)
Six checks before signing with any wholesale pre-roll supplier. Useful whether you vetting us or someone else.
The Six-Check Supplier Vetting Frame
Check 1: Named cultivation source. Supplier should be able to name the cultivation partner, the region, the cultivation method. “We source from premium growers” is not an answer. “Our flower comes from [grower name] in [region], cultivated under [method]” is.
Check 2: COA on every batch. Not a sample COA. Not a single annual COA. A COA for every batch you receive, from a third-party ISO-accredited lab. Supplier can’t produce a batch-specific COA? Walk away.
Check 3: Consistent supply. Wholesale operations need restock reliability. Ask about surprise out-of-stocks. Ask about back-up strains. Ask about lead time variability. Supplier who can’t commit to a delivery window is a supplier who will leave gaps in your inventory.
Check 4: Clear MOQ and pricing tiers. Pricing should be transparent up front, even if it requires a quote. “Contact us for pricing” is fine for the actual numbers, but the supplier should be able to tell you the MOQ structure and the tier breaks before you sign anything.
Check 5: Refund / replacement policy. What happens if a batch has a defect (broken seal, dry pre-rolls, off taste)? A reputable supplier has a documented replacement or refund process. A broker often doesn’t.
Check 6: Compliance documentation. Beyond the COA: hemp cultivation registration, Farm Bill affidavit, shipping manifest. Supplier can’t produce these? You exposing yourself to compliance risk you didn’t ask for.
