partners. Because carrier availability for hemp-derived products varies by region and regulatory
status, shipping methods may change based on:
- Product type
- Seller location
- Buyer location
- Carrier compliance requirements
We will always choose the most compliant and reliable available carrier for your order.
Carrier Disclosure
We may fulfill shipments through one or more of the following types of carriers:
- National parcel carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)*
- Regional/local compliant couriers
- Third-party logistics (3PL) partners
*Availability varies based on regulatory approval, product category, and carrier policy.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been accepted by the carrier.
Adult Signature Requirement
All packages may require Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.
State Restrictions
We do not ship THCA products to:
Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.
Dynamic Carrier Selection
Carrier options and delivery estimates may change due to:
- Carrier compliance changes
- Regional restrictions
- Availability of compliant routes
- Product-specific requirements
If a carrier declines a shipment due to compliance reasons, we will notify you and provide an
alternative option or a refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is transferred to a carrier, that carrier is responsible for transit-related issues.
We will assist in filing claims when applicable.
